Your information, plainly.

What we collect

When you send a build from the Build Studio or a message from the contact page, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, your vehicle, and any project details, budget or notes you choose to include. That’s it — we don’t ask for anything the studio doesn’t need to quote your project.

Builds you save to the Garage stay in your own browser. They are not sent to us unless you submit them.

How you found us

On your first visit, your browser notes how you arrived — for example “a Google search”, “a link in ChatGPT” or “typed the address” — along with the name of the referring website (not the page), the first page you landed on, and the date. It stays in your browser for 90 days and is not sent anywhere on its own. If you send us a build or an inquiry, it goes with it, so the studio knows which of its listings and pages are actually reaching people. It is not added to your customer record, and we never use it to contact you. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is stored.

Site analytics

We count page views and a few anonymous actions — such as a form being sent or the phone number being tapped — with Vercel Web Analytics, and measure page speed with Vercel Speed Insights. Both run through our own domain, set no advertising cookies, and report totals rather than profiles of individual visitors.

Why we collect it

To respond to you. A submitted build or inquiry is stored in our systems, the studio is notified by email, and you receive a confirmation with a reference number. We use your details to prepare your quote, schedule the work and communicate about your project — nothing else.

What we don't do

We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with advertisers. We don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.

Who processes it

Submissions are stored with our database provider and notification emails are delivered through our email provider — both act only on our instructions to run these features.
